Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All seals and protective wrapping must remain intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included
- Items must be free from any scent contamination

Due to the nature of our luxury fragrances, we do not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards for all our valued customers.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Securely package the item(s) in original packaging
- Ship to the provided return address
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrance bottles
- Items without original packaging or damaged packaging
- Products purchased during special promotional sales (unless defective)
- Gift sets with broken seals or missing items
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Store credit will be issued to your account upon approval
- Exchange items will be shipped within 2-3 business days
